DigiCoyote builds software for companies that have outgrown whatever got them here. Usually that means a system that works but will not scale, a team that is shipping slower every quarter, or a project that has to land and cannot slip.
We are based in Vancouver and work with clients across Canada and the US. Being on Pacific time means we overlap with the whole continent - and when a project involves hardware, we can be in the room with the device.
We are deliberately small. Every engagement gets people who have run systems in production and have opinions about why they break - because the hard part was never writing the code.

Decisions get recorded with their tradeoffs. When someone asks in eighteen months why the system works this way, there is an answer.
