Free Needs Assessment
We offer all of our clients a 1 hour free website needs assessment and/or a 1 hour free software development needs assessment. During the needs assessment we will determine your optimal pricing model (outline below). After our free needs definition meeting we will then put together a proposal and a quote (based on your specified pricing model); the proposal will outline all of the information that you need in order to make an informed decision.

Request a Proposal
When you request a fixed quote from DigiCoyote it is valid for 90 days. We will work with you to define the project deliverables and ensure that we both agree on a fixed price and timeline. You have the freedom to choose: quotation by department or weighted average quotation. We require a retainer, and milestone invoicing is negotiable.
Hourly Basis Billing
Several clients prefer to be billed on an hourly basis, we can do this too. This gives you the flexibility to change the scope of the project as needed. In this pricing model we charge a weighted average hourly price that is pre-determined and mutually agreed upon before project commencement.
Pre-defined Milestone Billing
DigiCoyote will agree to invoice at pre-defined milestones. If you choose this option, one of our project managers will work with you to define the project specifications and related milestones. When these pre-defined milestones are reached we will invoice you.
Ongoing Service Monthly Billing
When you choose to use DigiCoyote’s ongoing website services (including Internet marketing and search engine optimization) we bill you monthly on the 1st, 15th or 25th of each month.
