We are currently looking for a motivated Director/Lingo Programmer who has a strong desire to work as part of a team. As a Director/Lingo programmer, you participate in the systems design, development and maintenance of multimedia applications. Ideally, candidates should have experience working with XML, Installer Applications, Photoshop and Flash/ActionScript.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning the project with the creative team
- Importing and implementing graphics and audio from the other team members
- Work with project managers to assess clients’ needs and implement business logic and functionality
- Create clean, commented and object oriented code (where possible) in a timely manner
- Test the application for all bugs
Required Skills and Experience:
- A 2-year degree or diploma from an accredited educational institution
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with Lingo and 3D Lingo is essential
- Experience working with XML, ActionScript, SQL, Photoshop, Maya, Lightwave or 3D Studio Max is an asset
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- High level of professionalism and a team player
- Excellent organizational skills, highly motivated and energetic
- All applicants should have excellent English language communication skills; working knowledge of other languages is an advantage
